Overall it has been positive. I have used your product 3 times and 2 times the experiences were good. The 3rd time it was bad and the product neither worked, nor was I able to get any assistance from you.

I bought a simdata for use in Netherlands. It has worked fine without problem.

Didn’t work. I know there was a service outage the day I got there, I ended up getting. Lycamobile card which has worked fine. I did try the Lebara in Frankfurt but the coverage was very spotty and I went back to the Lycamobile.
