We had T-Mobile sim cards for the US, perfect service from start to end. Fast customer service for all the questions we had.

It is good

Fair, I live in the US and purchased a UK SIM card for vacation. I was not able to use the data card after activation due to my device and was forced to buy an EE device. I had several questions to customer service, but after two questions, they just quit responding. Probably wouldn’t do it again, since I spend the money and didn’t get use it the data before the expiration

I used it in Amsterdam, Rome, Prague and London… NO issues at all….

Great, easy to set up and good connection almost everywhere, just sometimes the network speed getting a bit slow

Very very very bad experience!!!

The card was not activated for use on the date it supposed to be. Activation date was informed to the company, the staff just forgot to do their job. 100% the company’s fault!!

It brought huge hassle and inconvenience to their customers…….
