we bought a “Europecard” for 69 Euro, because we wanted to go to Austria, Italy and France with our VW Westphalia,

My husband wanted to read his newspaper every day, and check our mail, undepending of possible wifi on campingsides.

the only problem was that we did not know how to find out what was left of the 3 gigabites. ..After 3 of the 5 weeks we intended to go, they were finished.

Generally good but some use features were not adequately explained.

Worked well for the countries travelled to especially Italy which had a better signal than other countries.

Easy travelling

Unfortunately it was a waste of money because I could not initiate it. The chip was intended for use in a HUAWEI pocket hot spot which of course does not have means of dialling a number , so I was not able to complete the setting up procedure as instructed.

I used to chat tool to talk to an agent who helped me to confirm my order and to make sure it’s shipped and delivered to me on the day that I landed in Netherlands. Got quick and clear response which is very good. Also very easy to activate the SIM card and the agent responded and activated it fast enough.

Bought 3sim cards. currently using 10 Euro call credit + 1 G data

I think the product was easy to use, it only take me about few mins to set up. However, some places like fussen in Germany the signal wan‘t really well, but overall everything is good and 1GB I think is not enough for a 4 days hoilday.
