Received the SIM card well with estimated time. Travelled to 12 countries across Europe and had coverage in all counties , 3G in some areas but fast enough, wish I bought the rest of the family one too as it was the best value and could be used in all countries whereas if u wait u need to buy a sim in each country or pay huge data fees

Efficient delivery, good product

Kaartje gekocht voor Frankrijk en Italië, levering was snel, kaartje viel erg tegen.

Vaak geen bereik en geen internet in allebei de landen, snel ook niet, filmpjes kijken ging niet.

Appen wel maar ja dat gebruikt heel weinig data.

Ik had dus na mijn vakantie nog bijna 4Gb over van de 12

Als je de kosten van het kaartje gaat vergelijken met een kaartje in het land waar je het gebruikt is het ook

erg duur. Volgende keer dus gewoon Mifi kastje mee en een kaartje kopen in het vakantieland, daar kun je

flink wat geld en ergenis mee besparen.

I was extremely disappointed with Prepaidzero. The micro-SIM did not fit my phone even though I chose the correct format by pressing it out from the frame. This resulted in the card moving about and not being recognised by my phone (the larger size was too large so would not have been right either). I feel I have simply wasted money on this SIM card and more particularly wasted the credit I put on the card as it is unusable.

I purchased a SIM for my daughter’s Germany trip and except for a lengthy delivery time it worked flawlessly. I wondered how she would know when she ran out of minutes, but didn’t find out until her return that she did and just didn’t tell me. No matter, she found another way to contact family and friends using wifi.

Great reliable product

Prepaidzero was the perfect option for me when I would travel by car across Europe from Sweden to Croatia, with young people in the back seat who are accustomed to free internet.

Very straight forward and good service throughout our trip.

Very good, the sims are waiting at our hotel.

Card works better on a tablet than on a phone. On a phone the signal is dreadful & unworkable.

I have purchased three sim cards from Prepaidzero. It’s more expensive than buying a sim card in the country you are going to but it is more convienent. When one of my cards stopped working I was basically told I was out of luck. This is a big loss of money.

The product was delivered even faster than hoped for. The instructions were right on. I initially emailed customer support with a question before I bought the product, and I received a timely and quick response. Great experience.

Disappointing. It won’t let me sent text messages. It has not worked to make phone calls to local friend’s mobiles.

The only part that works is the Internet data.
