Delevery and information was good.

VAT was missing in the invoice.

So far it has been great! The only issue I have had is not being able to check my data, the address doesn’t says not available in your region/carrier.

Mi experiencia no fue buena. A la sim no la pude activar. Tuve que recurrir a otro servicio. Solicite el reembolso de lo que pague y nunca me respondieron.

I needed a not too expensive phone solution for the US with a local US number. So I ordered a 1Go subscription for 1 Month, unlimited calls.

The Tmobile SIM Card arrived promptly after the order

It worked immediately as we put it in the iphone at the arrival in the airport

Throughout the sejour I encountered no denial of service and could phone and use data everywhere I went

I found the system good quality/price

What I didn’t find was how to follow the amount data utilized out of the 1Go

Also the operator changed my US number a few days after I initialized the sim card.

I found at the start the card worked well but when I tried to add credit the app would not work and this was totally frustrating because it curbed my opportunities to use the card and in particular the data, totally frustrating.

At first I had huge Problems with activating the card eventhough I told the company the right Date to activate my card. The next day it suddenly worked and every experience after that was pleasant.

We’ve been to GB twice and used this card. Most parts of GB we had internet connection.

Germany winter 2016: Card worked.

Germany summer 2016: Card didn’t work. No internet connection.

Experience is good. Also in the car or traveling is the connection OK. Battery life is good.
