Good advise on what card to buy and the ordering process was clear and fast.

We used two USA – AT&T Unlimited (USA only) cards in the north west and south area and both had 4G or more all the time on a Iphone and Huawei 10 pro. The activation process after delivery is somewhat strange but now that we know how the process works we will certainly buy cards for other countries from Prepaidzero when needed!

Just as expected, no problems.

To date I have not been able to call anyone and the amount of information I needed to provide to 3uk to correct was offputting so did not do it. Also recharging with 3uk did not accept Australia credit card so my partner has been relying on wifi in our hotels. My data has been good only a few trouble spots

The AT*T unlimted data cards worked great in USA mainland and Hawaii.

fast delivery, but the internet coverqage was very poor. Bought T-mobile for trip west coast USA and according to T-mobile coverage map it should be OK in most areas we travelled, but in practice we did not have internet or very slow internet most of the time. Waste of money!!

I purchased 2 datacards for Canada. They worked perfectly. Everywhere we went we had 3 or 4g!

Bought USA AT&T Unlimited Sim. 4G coverage in some (rural) areas (e.g. Grand Canyon) was (as expected) lacking, so check coverage map before buying. I made offline downloads in Google Maps beforehand so had no real coverage issues.

Customer service of Prepaidzero was excellent! Will shop at Prepaidzero again next time!

Excellent communication to my queries, fast delivery to australia. This is my second purchase, the first was for europe 2 years ago and the latest for Canada and Usa. Both times sims worked perfectly..very happy and will use again when I next travel overseas.

Problem free

This is the eecond time I have bought a prepaid sim card to use on my europe trips.. Thecard was easy to load and worked well in all the countries they said it covered. The only input required was to go to the search for providers box each time we crossed into another country and select a provider to register on.

I used it in a mifi dongle for data use only, and it worked perfectly !
