The SIM card for USA did not work well. I had a great experience with a PrepaidZero simcard for China, but this time while in Manhattan New York I couldn’t even use google maps online. Whatsapp worked, if I did not send pictures. So very disappointing this time. On both occasions the same phone, a new Xiaomi F1.

it is very easy to purchase the simcard. For the setup you need to know a few things, but that is clearly explained in the setup documentation. I used a Huawei Mifi for the Simcard which I shared with my friends during traveling around China.
