I have purchased your sim card 2 times. This latest time the card worked flawlessly. Much better than the previous one.

I really liked the ability to make calls better this time. (Last time I had to use an app, which was more cumbersome.)

Support must be better

I have order a SIM card unlimited data en hotspot. When I received the card it was exclude hotspot. The Helpdesk stayed I made a error, did not order this. I was not able to check the order. 3 day later check in the hotel that I have ordered with hotspot for 79euro att unlimited data and hotspot.

No response from support .

I’ve used Prepaidzero a few times now on trips to Usa and it works perfectly.

Good customer service.Local number works fine and internet perfect for my use.

Bought a 30 day “USA/Canada/Mexico – Unlimited data/calls/texts”. SIM was quickly delivered. After landing in Montreal I inserted the SIM in my phone, and it took about four minutes to activate itself. The SIM worked perfectly and I never had a problem. I had to stay an extra week in excess of those 30 days I bought. While the phone number was de-activated after those 30 days, but mobile data continued to work for the entire extra week both in the US and Canada.

So I definitely got more than I paid for. Would buy from Prepaidzero again any time, I am very happy with their products and services.

Bij eerder gekochte europa-kaarten geen enkel probleem

Nu werd een KPN europa kaart aangeboden. Dit blijkt een KPN white label simkaart te zijn. In Spanje werkt de kaart alleen binnen Vodofone en/of Yoigo netwerk. Tevens geen klantenportaal om verbruik te volgen.

Op website bij aankoop is hier niets over vermeld. Ik vind dit pure misleiding

Bought 3 SIM cards. One just voice, one voice/data and one data only. The voice only had some issus calling some numbers. The other two worked flawless.

Ordering was very easy and the SIM card was delivered quickly.

Brilliant. Easy load instructions. No issues

First time – USA – the simcard didn’t work. The operator told us that the card was not prepared.

The second and the third time, USA and Brasilia it worked perfect.

Excellent service, I forgot to add the extra credit to call abroad. I send an email to support, they quickly helped out bij canceling the order. Response within 30min whilst it was well in the evening.

I cannot tell about the sim yet because I didn’t use it yet.
