God – delivery of the simcard was fast

Overall good experience. I had to use helpdesk to get card activated as there was no link to get card activated. This took some time but was fixed quick and with good result

Excellent experience! Before purchasing the sim I was unsure how easy it would be to set up and use so I emailed several questions and received prompt courtios answers. So I purchased the all of Europe sim, 2gig plus 20euro talk. It was as really easy to use. The SIM card arrived in about a week here in Prince Edward Island Canada. You go to the web page login with the info provided with the sim and choose your activation date. On the day I left for Europe I inserted the sim in my iPhone 6s restarted the phone and dialect/ sent the activation number.. Upon landing in Lonodon the phone connected to the local network and I had service. So far it has worked in London, Austria and Germany.

Great and quick service, good customer experience

Never got the card. When I asked about it I was told the card would be cancelled and I’d receive a refund. Very inconvenient.

Ganz ganz schlecht

Wenn ich nach Deutschland angerufen habe ging das nur über eine App die dann Moblile Daten verbraucht hat die ich voher Teuer bezahlt habe. Sim karte ist ausgefallen. Erstattung war nicht wie gewünscht. Werde wohl auch negative Recetionen im Internet verfassen müssen. Bin sehr unzufrieden
