Very good

Easy ordering, fast delivery

Buying process was fine But the product was useless because it can only be used with an unlocked phone and most carriers will not oblige unlocking the phone for their customers

I can only say that it was The best desicion to make for the us

Very good. SIM card arrived quickly and worked first time. It’s been invaluable during my 3 week stay in the states.

Not Good. Prepiad card for Austria had no coverage on my location. So no connection at all

Did not work.

It was easy to buy, and the instructions were very clear on how to use it. I have only two complaints:

1) You should send a confirmation once the order is shipped;

2) I was charged €7 for the delivery fee. However, it was sent by standard letter, which is much cheaper than that.

Very negative. The sim card didn’t work and the support didn’t help me solve the problem.

The ordering process is always easy and I am assured an on time arrival of my SIM card. The activation process is clearly spelled out in the information sent with the card. I have ordered several SIM cards over the past two years and have never had an issue.

De 4G MIFI die we gekocht hebben werkt hebben werkt perfect. Sterke batterij die lang mee gaat > 10 uur. De kleine Europa kaart 12 Gb werkt goed maar op sommige plaatsen is de verbinding erg traag.
