My experience once arriving in America was appalling. The sim card did not work, there was no money on it so t mobile did not honour it. I emailed you but you did not respond. I activated the sim card and emailed a number of times but no one got back to me. It was very important that i had phone available to me as soon as i arrived, this caused many problems. This is the first time i used you as i usually go with teleaway who i had no problems with at all. Your lack of responce and appropriate refund is very unsatisfactory. If i do not hear from you I will be pisting my feelings about your company

Not so good. Topped up before I had used what I payed for. It seemed I lost what was left before the top up.

Goede ervaringen. Snelle levering van de SIMkaart. Verzendkosten zijn wel veel te hoog. SIM wordt per brief verzonden maar hiervoor wordt wel ruim 6 euro gerekend (binnen NL verzonden)

-Jammer dat er voor verzending in Nederland met gewone briefpost toch ca €6 verzendkosten in rekening worden gebracht.

-simkaart heeft slecht bereik in de meeste nationale parken die we bezocht hebben in de VS, vaak een andere provider

-blijkbaar is er een zeer kleine dataroaming limiet indien een andere provider gebruikt wordt, en icm vorige punt dus wederom lastig

It did take about 12hrs to activate the card.

Make sure you email the date and time you would like it activated before you arrive. I didn’t and had to wait a bit.

I had a very bad experience with prepaid zero. Their Vodafone Europe SIM of 10GB did not work anymore after only 1 day. After contacting prepaid zero I got prepaid ZERO answer: they told me I used the total 10 GB in one day…… I decided to buy a local (Italy) Vodafone SIM of the same size and this still works after 3 weeks (with the same data usage). My adivise: DO NOT USE Prepaid Zero!

When we activated the SIM card, noticed that it is only can be used after 24 hrs, due to this, we need to purchase another SIM card for the day itself. If this can be highlighted or inform user in advance. It’s more convenient,

The worst. Sim card took a while to start working once I got to Europe. BUT the worst was trying to add more data to my plan as I ran out of credits. Trying to get prepaid zero on the phone was a nightmare and the website wasn’t working. For 4 days straight. In result to all that I had 4 days on my trip to Europe with no 3g data services. And every day trying to top up my account. Terrible.
