Every thing was quite straight forward, I received the SIM in the mail,I installed it and set the data api and it worked.

I purchased 10GB data only Vodafone Europe (4G/LTE speed) sim from Prepaidzero , the delivery was seamless with no issues and on time in Greece, the price was good comparing to normal data roaming plans as i roamed 7 different countries in a month, the coverage was superior, high speed in all times even on the country side, the customer service are replying almost on time addressing any concerns doing their best to give you the best experience possible. I certainly use Prepaidzero services again!

you are roaming on the three italy network most of the time – not the best coverage

several times i was suddenly disconnected from connectivity to internet while there was a good signal – it lasted about an hour each time.

even though it is supposed to be on a 4g network, surfing was rather slow (on an iphone i6)

Ordering and info,-communication were great. Delivery on time. Instructions appeared to be clear and OK. But SIM did not work upon arrival in Germany. Very frustrating and much time wasted. Able to communicate from German T-Mibile site, phones reset (remotely) and thereafter worked as expected. Major flaw that built-in log-in and password, nor alternative in instructions did not work. Nearly 2 full days without service. Pretty angry.

Wasn’t able to get it to work

Easy to order online and fast delivery by mail to Australia. I activated the SIM card before leaving Oz and inserted the SIM card in my phone before disembarking the plant at Schiphol airport. I used it mainly with WhatsApp in Holland. Excellent coverage throughout the country. Great service, highly recommended.

Did research and chose to use Prepaidzero. I received the product very quickly as advertised.

Very pleased. The phone was operating immediately on arrival in New York which was an important requirement.

All queries were resolved very quickly and with little effort. I was very happy with the performance.

Horrible!! The internet connection was really slow and my questions about this lack of speed and refunding of the GB I was not able to use were unanswered.

I got the sim card expecting to be able to use data for Google maps in all the countries they advertised. I put it in my phone, followed the directions and nothing happened. There is no phone support and, since I did not have a sim card that worked in Europe, I could not contact them over email or web. So the card was TOTALLY worthless and I wasted a lot of money. I found that my need for google maps was not as great as I thought since Europe is so totally mapped by tourist offices all over and when I needed to access the web, there was wifi everywhere. Much different than my last trip. Bottom line: don’t waste your money on this sim card.
