Instructions were clear and easy. The SIM card worked in Spain, France and Italy.

We live in Brazil and purchased 2 Europe simcards to delivery at my hotel. When we arrived in Rotterdam, we´ve just put the cards, and they worked instantly. It was very nice in 4 countries we´ve visited.

In earlier trips, we bought cards at the airport and it was very complicated to register the cards.

Good options, prompt delivery, easy activation.

Sim card worked great in every city we visited including Paris, Bruges, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Venice, and Verona. Highly recommend to anyone traveling.

Disappointed I have to have internet access to use phone.

Very good. It worked perfectly.

I had expected to be able to send texts but can’t see where to do it… and I do need them.

Also it seems to want full international numbers and I couldn’t contact hotels in Austria … I suspect because there weren’t enough digits. … the dialer is NOT intuitive and I spent a lot of calls trying to see what I need to do to simply make a call.

I am regretting choosing this service. I am churning through the calls and now I have this silly voucher system to extend my credit and I am unsure how to do it over the internet from Europe.

Used sim in Spain, Portugal and UK and generally performed very well.

Worked as advertised. No hassle during border crossings.

Simcard was excellent. Used it in every country we went to in Europe with no issues.

Logging into account to check how much data we used was very difficult, wouldn’t work so I gave up and just checked the usage on my phone. I didn’t need to top up or extend but if I had I would have looked more indepth at the website or called for help.

generally favorable, data was slow on times but acceptable.

Overall the signal strength is pretty good except in the area of tall buildings and the underground metro stations in Europe the internet connectivity is lost or weak. Somehow I can’t text messages even I paid the extra 10 euros for text messaging and phone calls.

The sim card came with clear instructions, was easy to use, had great service all across Europe for an entire month, was able to make clear calls and get online without a problem! The card arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as advertised online.
