After small bit of confusion in activating our sim cards we had a good experience using the cards.

My experience with Prepaidzero has been fantastic. There was an issue with my order (my fault, not theirs) and I received a very courteous phone call from an employee to request the additional information. Once in Europe (I’m based in Australia) the card was easy to use, there were no hassles whatsoever and the data usage has been great, going down much slower than expected while being able to do anything I needed to, especially using my mobile phone as a GPS. Reception has been seamless and mostly fast and access to check data usage has been fine. In summary, I would definitely use this service again.
