Worked well

I’m very pleased with this service. Although my SIM card arrived later than expected.

pretty good overall. ordering was simple and delivery was timely. prices seemed good, but I forgot to activate the card in time to get the full 12Gb and only ended up with 9GB. not clear why 9GB is the new limit. also not clear why the 9/12GB cards cannot be charged up, although they lead you to the website to do so when they run out…

Unable to receive calls.

It worked perfectly on my three-week trip to Europe. Had fast data almost all of the time!

The Service worked pretty much everywhere we went, there were a few times where it said we had full bars and 3G but the service didn’t actually work, mostly in Italy and Croatia.

Perfect geregeld voor vakantie naar ZuidAfrika. Een sim met duidelijke instructie. En de telefoon waar hij in ging was de hotspot voor de hele familie.

Bad experience. The connection in Spain and in France was much to slow, so not useball. I bought new cards in the countries itself

Bought a T-Mobile 3Gb sim card for West coast USA: Did’nt work at all. Extreme slow or no internet connection. Had to swap it for an AT&T card, purchased at a local shop.

Helpdesk could/would help me and they are denying a refund, because there is no data speed guarantee. I call BS.
