I bought a (T-Mobile) SIM card to have network access in the US during a 3-week stay. The card work well in a phone, but did not work in a mifi device, although that’s how I wanted to use it primarily. No info was found on the company’s website about incompatibilities. It connected to the net, but only with 2G speed. Therefore it was hard to find out what’s wrong with it. In this respect, customer support was not helpful at all. They state that a phone number and a text message about the activation of the SIM card will be sent. I received none of them. I got some text messages which were very vague and had nothing to do with activation (… your plan was modified according to your request…)

Couldn’t get it to work in Italy. Ended up just getting a local Sim Card at train station. Rather a headache I had hoped to avoid.

Clear offer, fast delivery, clear instructions, fast response on email question, seamless operation of sim-card while on holidays, overall everything perfect and e big recommendation from my side!

Logistics went well – quick and easy.

Experience with prepaidzero was quick (simcard arrived quickly even though it was international) and easy to install and use. You have to use another app (Your Dialer) to make calls with and the call quality is not great as it is over 3G.
