Experience was fair. Calling other numbers in Europe or elsewhere was awkward. The refill process was complicated. I had to alert the company that I had refilled and only after that the account would show the refill.

First time user I bought 9GB of data and only used 214 MB. I’ll know better next time.

$30 for call/text was just right for one month.

At first I had a good experience even though I wasn’t able to use the SIM card. The people behind the emails were very useful and kind by sending me another one to Europe, which i didn’t receive anyways. And when I asked if they would send me a refund they didn’t answer. I’m going to email again to see if they can refund me as I’m already in my home country and Im’ able to return the SIM card that arrived late to my home.

Simple installation process; Worked well in PRC (even Facebook, but only via the website not with any of the Apps accessing FB); Speet was much lower than with Original Chinese SIMs in same region

We had problems with the T-mobile sim card during our stay in US. We were driving through rural areal where T-mobile coverage was non-existing. On T-mobile coverage map it seemed like there was coverage, but when investigating closer we saw that their provided coverage was through partners like AT&T which were present everywhere. The bad thing was that T-mobile didn’t allow prepaid cards to roam through partners. I will not recommend use of prepaid T-mobile SIM cards in rural areas of US.

Everything worked out fine.

I used Prepaidzero to obtain a SIM card which works in Switzerland. Although a bit pricy (local providers in Switzerland were even more expensive) my experience was great. The SIM card arrived after 1 or 2 days in my mailbox. The instructions were easy to follow and the internet quality was good.

Didn’t recieve my sim card before I flew out overseas, even though I was told it would be delivered prior to me flying out.

I think it was not the simple but the network in France was terribly slow. So it was too frustrating to use it
