Good product

The device and Aim arrived very quickly.

Great support, the SIM card arrived on time and everything worked well.

Fast and excellent service, but the battery of the MiFi router gave some problems. Nevertheless the equipment and SIM card were useful and effective in the USA.

Worked well straight from the box and everywhere I used it.

I had trouble using it when I first arrived in Europe (I brought a Europe SIM), but after a few days with the Prepaidzero team trying to find out the problem and they helped me to reset the SIM card, it worked without any issues – both in Italy and Greece (where I have been to).

The card worked in France, albeit very slowly. It did not work at all in Britain.
