Easy to get the package you need

In USA werkt de SIM goed, behalve in de Nationale parken. Maar daar heb je eigenlijk nooit bereik. In Canada werkte de kaart niet. Was vervelend tijdens onze vakantie maar Prepaid Zero heeft er achteraf een nette oplossing voor gevonden. Al met al een webshop en product die aan te raden is.

They deliver what they promise, a SIM card that works as soon as you land. I’ve ordered several SIM cards now, and only once had an issue but was able to communicate with Prepaidzero and they actually sent another card to our next hotel quickly.

After purchasing several EU data sims and phone sims over the past 3 years, happy to report that all have worked well across countries visited – France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Holland, Czech Republic. Sometimes there are black spots in remote areas or weak signals, but I suspect this is the weakness of the mobile networks in various countries & not Prepaidzero. Overall performance is as strong as one can expect on 2G & 3G networks.

It was ok. It took forever to work. Also data seemed to run out very quickly.

Good. SIM arrived quick and worked like plug and play. No problems exept some places that did not have that good signal.

I June I had rented a car in order to drive around in USA for two weeks. We arrived at Denver Airport at midnight and there were some problems with the rental agreement, and we had to call our travel agent in Denmark. But the car rental guy was not able/allowed to make long distance calls. Fortunately I had bought and pre-initialized a phone card from Prepaidzero, and it worked immediately, when it was inserted into my phone. Within an hour the car rental problem was solved, and we could drive to our hotel and finally go to bed.

I purchased a SIM card last year when my wife and I traveled to Europe for a vacation. The card was easy to order and to install in my phone. Initially, I had a problem with my phone receiving and sending text messages so I contacted Prepaidzero and the issue was quickly resolved. We will be returning to Europe in a few weeks so I recently reloaded (Topup) my account and this was also a very easy process.
