excellent service – when I go to the US, I get a prepaid zero sim card and that is plug and play; but when I arrived in south africa I realized that I needed to register the sim card (my fault for not reading instructions) ; could not get registered for some reason but the help desk at prepaid zero got me registered and up and running; I travel frequently outside of the EU and now always take a sim card = helpful to have access to maps, tripadviser, etc

First it was not so easy to get the card connected – but then I contacted the helpdesk and with 3 SMS they sent me it was all working

Very Very Poor. Sim did not work and support were hopeless. I had to give up on using the SIM

Bought twice (2016/2018) a prepaid sim card while traveling in Europe.

We bought the UK + Europe sim card from prepaidzero plus added some talk /text cash balance while traveling from US to London. Was told it would work with my phone galaxy S5. Never could get it to work while traveling and couldn’t reach internet even with wifi when it was in my phone. Really messed us up with meeting with folks I had given my number to and then my phone didn’t work at all. Phone just said card wasn’t compatible with phone. I bought it mostly for the unlimited data so I could use GPS and thank goodness my daughters phone worked.

I couldn’t reach prepaidzero til I got home because my phone was useless and they would not give refund of card because we were already back in the US and they would not have a chance to fix the problem. After many emails I did get my cash balance for talk/text back that was unused on the card.

Overall okay, but a little slow

Used phone SIM and iPad SIM in Russia. Both worked well everywhere we went (5 cities) for phone and data. Very happy with the SIMs performance!

All the cards arrive promptly and worked as expected. There was a few countries we did not have coverage but generally no problems
