Good, but took a while to get a response from support emails

I used the SIM in Italy & Austria, I was always connected. Easy to use. In one word: PERFECT.

I bought 2 SIM cards which were valid for four months, one for my husband and one for myself. Our requirements were to have enough data and calls or messages to not have to add to the plan during the three months we were away and we needed SIM cards that worked in 8 different countries in Europe.

Mostly good

The card worked perfectly all over the UK and Europe. It even worked when we got back to New Zealand. Excellent.

awful. the data connection kept being lost. I had to call the support several times to reset it. Finally I gave up.

this is just unacceptable

We used it successfully in UK, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia and Italy.

Easy to activate, no problems roaming. Using three.co.uk for the provider means it worked well everywhere I travelled.

I used for a trip to Spain and Greece. The card worked well in both countries. No complaints
