I’ve used Prepaidzero three times now for European SIM cards and it’s been great! I’ve had a couple small issues with things not loading off the internet, but I chalk that up to poor service in the general vicinity.

We had a little difficulty getting the data to start but with an email, it was fixed fairly quickly. We were finally given a phone number and that person was excellent.

We were disappointed that google maps were unreliable. Wish they were as accurate as in the US. We don’t know if that was the sim card or just typical in Europe.

Good website, easy to order, quick to arrive. Set up once in Europe had a few hiccoughs, which was more likely to be my phone’s problem versus Prepaidzero or the telco. Patchy coverage at times from the telco with data frequently dropping out in some cities in Spain. Data only package for tablet was perfect as it was through a different telco.

Overall good performance. Sometimes the network speed was a bit slow, but was more than enough in general. The price is a little bit steep especially since I just used the sim card for 2 1/2 weeks.

Good. sim too awhile to ship as expected

The worst experience. Sim never worked. My phone has never had sim problems and still works great. Kept calling customer service. Tried this and that still didn’t work. At the end they said it was my phone fault. And because of that I would not receive a refund. No where on their website have I found a list of phones that are incompatible.

I have only had a good experience with the Prepaidzero SIM card. Customer service is great. Pretravel questions were quickly answered. One point though: I travel to Germany and the first time I received a SIM card just for Germany. Last time I ordered the same but got a card for Europe with a UK number. Not very convenient for callers in Germany when they have to pay out-of- country charges to reach me. Same for SMS. I asked again for this time I am going: They no longer carry the card for Germany. That sucks! Do not know what to do.

The sim card i purchased didn’t work.

Had to wait an extra 2 – 4 days to be sent a replacement Sim. The Sim Card I purchased was for T-Mobile however the Sim was registered to a smaller mobile carrier

Easy to buy on the web site, fast delivery. I use your service a few time. In some country the signal is perfect (Sweden, Italy). The signal was poor in Netherlands and difficult to log. The last time in Switzerland the signal was good but it was difficult to log to a service provider (phone and data)

Ordering the SIM was straightforward and simple, however the description given on the website was not entirely accurate or clear. We thought we were purchasing a SIM card for data as well as phone calls, but in fact the phone calls were via VOip which required downloading an app to our phones and using internet data for calls. We never used this feature as it was too tricky.
