I purchased my second sim card with the voice package. It worked when we had relatively open sky overhead, but for the most part, it would not connect to the data network fast enough, if at all. I was overall disappointed in the performance, even with a new phone.

I use prepaid zero sim cards very often. The service improved a lot regarding the settings however, last time I had some problems with one of the three sim cards. It was not automatic. I had to make adjustments in the mobile settings.

Took a punt on this company for a trip to India. The card arrived quickly and worked exactly as advertised. I did think I might be able to get a local sim on arrival, so wondered if I was being over-prepared. I was wrong—getting a sim once in India is not easy, so much better to buy before you fly.

I used this when I went to very remote, rural parts of Italy and I always had service. Highly recommend!
